Check the fuses: A blown fuse could be the cause of the problem. Check the fuses related to the power seats and replace any that are blown.
Check the wiring: There may be loose or damaged wiring in the power seat system. Inspect the wiring and connections for any damage or looseness and repair or replace as needed.
Check the seat motor: The seat motor may be burned out or malfunctioning. Have the motor tested and replace if necessary.
Check the control switch: The control switch could be faulty. Check the switch for any damage or issues and replace if necessary.

If you look under the front seats you will find electical plugs.Make sure they are clean and connected.Disconnect the plugs with the baerry earth wire disconected.clean and replace, then reconnect baterry wire
Under the front seats you have wires going to your seat belt anchors. These wires are atached to a sensor witch activate the air bags if the anchors have force pull on them. The wires have plugs under the seat.Disconnect the plugs and spray with electical cleaner and replace.Make sure the ignition is switched off befor you attemt doing.90%of the time this will work.good luck.
Most likely an open circuit in one of the elements in the seat cushion or seat back.
You can check them with an ohm meter. The plugs will be under the seat near the inside seat hindge. The cushion will come in on the YE/LB wire and leave on the GY/LB,then this wire will feed the seat back element and come back to the module on the VT/LB wire. If you have an open circuit in either one then neither will work since one feeds the other. You can get the element seperate but the seat cover or back will have to be removed to replace.
It is usually the seat cushion element that goes bad.
