Question about Cars & Trucks
I had the dealer install the remote start. When they did so, it opened all the doors after the starter was engaged. This is not what I wanted. They looked into it and said that they could set it up so that driver side would open on first press then all others would open on second press. This is only happening sporadically. It seems that if it has been a short time between using the remote start, it does it correctly (first press driver side, second press all others). If the car hasn't been started for an extended time it reverts back to opening all the doors at once (It has happened when it hasn't been started in about 7 1/2 hours). Is this a programming issue or something else?
