Question about Lexus Cars & Trucks
There is a switch built onto the door latch which goes to earth when the door is opened. This is what switches the interior light circuit.
The switch is either clogged up with debris and old grease or has just failed.
Try soaking the lock mechanism with penetrating fluid and operate lock several times using a small lever.
If this doesnt work, the lock would need to be removed for examination.
Does the light work from the other doors?

have u check the bulbs?.... i would try to see if they ok remove em an check for power going to those locations, activate ur switches an see if you get any power may just be burned bulbs..... if the fuses seem to be OK
