Question about Cars & Trucks
Starts ok first thing every time but will stall suddenly and sometimes takes a while to restart and others not. This usually after driving a while. Has had new fuel pump, swapped coil and module and computer checked and replaced. Could this be a throttle body sensor problem? Also have pulled spark plug lead off when not starting to check for spark and it started on 3 cylinders on 3 occasions.

SOURCE: 1999 volkswagen stalled
first check cylinder 1 , spark plug, ht leads, coil,
then clean the trottle body with carb cleaner
if that does not work replace the throttle body, comes complete, and do a basic setting on it with diagnostic machine
