You need to replace the lockup servo mounted in the front differential housing. the light will blink to indicate that the lockup servo is not engaging/disengaging. you can get the servo at a local parts place. It is very easy to replace and is easily accessible.

86 MAZDA B2000 RIGHT TURN SIGNAL WONT BLINK

This usually indicates one bulb on that side is burned out. Replace the bulb and all will be working again.

My left indicator does not blink, it stays solid

I would start by checking the blinker light bulb on the left side front and or rear, some vehicles will blink real fast and some wont blink at all when a bulb goes bad.

Indicators and hazard start some times but then stops blinking but most times wont work model 2000 on a y diesel turbo help please

The relay for this is in the hazard switch itself (thats what makes the clicking sound when you indicate). So if you can source one (maybe from a breakers yard) that would be the first thing I'd replace.

PROCEDURE
When the Check Engine warning light has been reported on, turn the ignition on, pull down the passenger's side carpet from under the dashboard and observe the LED on the top of the ECU. The LED indicates a system failure code by blinking frequency. The ECU LED can indicate any number of simultaneous component problems by blinking separate codes, one after another. Problem codes 1 through 9 are indicated by individual short blinks. Problem codes 10 through 43 are indicated by a series of long and short blinks. One long blink equals 10 short blinks. Add the long and short blinks together to determine the problem code.
