My car(Tazz 2004 1.3) has a noise from coming from the left side of the engine(if u facing the car)that sounds like a worn fan belt,i went to a "mechanic" and he thought that it was the belt...

Still sounds to me like a fan belt noise but not necessarily the fault of the belt.
Either the profile on the belt is incorrect or worn pulleys or one of the units it powering (power steering pump/Aircon or alternator)may have a problem. Suggest to remove the belt and turn by hand/inspect every pulley. If anyone of them is hard to turn or has any resistance noise then that will be the problem not the belt. You can verify by starting the motor and running it for a brief time without the belt on to check the noise is gone too. Hope this helps. Thank you

2005 corolla makes a very loud noise -squealing type - when first started, as it warms up the noise is barely noticable.

Sounds like you have a loose belt. A cold belt is stiff and slippery, but gets softer and more tacky when it is warm. The belt may either be worn, or just loose. If just loose, there may be a way to tension it, but in most cases, the belt is worn and needs replacement.

Corolla AE100 RPM Counter

Check the alternator belt, see if it is too slack. Check the connections at the alternator. You may need to take it to an auto electrician, if its not the belt loose or connections, to check the alternator. Hope that helps

My car makes a squealing noise every morning when I start it up. It usually stops after the car warms up.

You either have a loose drive belt, or an extremly worn drive belt. I would recomend replacements of all of the belts.
