Try inflate tires a couple of lbs. above recommended pressure. On some vehicles you have to drive for a day or 2 before it resets itself. If no luck a tps(tire pressure sensor) may be bad.

2008 Lexus ES 350 low tire pressure warning light

1) go to a gas station with an air pump. Unless u have an inflator/compressor at home with the tireattachment

2) lower all 5 air pressures including the spare in the trunk to maybe about 28 PSI

3) now reset the TPMS (on the 07 there is a button to "calibrate" the TPMS and it is located under the dash. I presume it is the same on the 08.)

4) now bring the pressue back up to 30/32 or whatever it says on the door area

If this doesn't work, it is possible u have a defective TPMS
but my bet right now would be that someone "calibrated" the TPMS to the current tire pressure so the light is constantly on. It happened to me before when my daughter was messing around and hit that button.

Low tire pressue light won't go off....tires have the right amount of pressure...44..but car is saying 27

something isnt showing right ,honestly wouldnt know as this is all electronicly controled ,so i would imagine you will need to consult the dealer to have the programme reset ,or just stick a bit of black tape over the light .You do appreciate that this sort of appliance is built into the cars computer and i have every faith that the software used is encrypted to stop anyone else from doing it except the dealer

Light that looks like a cauldron with an exclamation mark inside just came up - what should I do?

Put air in the tires. That light shows up when the tire pressue is low. Fill to what pressue shows on your tire and replace the cap. Should go off the next time you start it.

What is proper tire pressue for 2005 Lincoln town car

This is a driver preference issue the tire manufacturer always recomends higher air pressures because they want you to obtain optimum performance, the car company manufacturer recomends the tire pressure that will give the smoothest ride I prefer the middle of the two, tire companies 40 psi automobile companies 28 - 32 psi I recommend 36 psi all around front and back.

My tire pressure light remains on I checked the pressure and all tires are good why is the light on

If you checked tire pressure and everything is OK, and if all your tires are the same (or at least you have to matching pairs - front and rear)
Simply reset the light. Open the fuse access door on the driver side - theres a small red "RESET" button in the middle of the fuse panel.
Turn the ignition to "ON" press and hold the button for 3 seconds. now press several times until you see the "Low tire pressue" light only. (it will alternate between tire presssure, oil change etc.)
Now press and hold to reset button until you hear 5 beeps.
close the ignition.
Drive safely.
