I can't tell you which is the #2 cylinder, but if you are just replacing spark plug wires, do it one at a time and you should be OK. In other words, remove one wire, match it for length with the new wires you purchased and replace it with the appropriate new one. Repeat as necessary. Removing all the old wires first then attempting to replace them is just asking for trouble.
