The transmission pump is internal to get to it you have to remove and tear down the transmission and that is more of a specialist [transmission rebuilder ] look up a local transmission shop and ask about what a rebuild would cost verses new replacement

Does a 2003 kia sedona have a drain plug for the transmition and where is it located, how much tranny fliud will it drain and how much tranny fluid will there be left in the tranny

If it's auto, the pan has to be remove leaving oil in the cover or, if it's manual drain plug is at the bottom of the box,no oil will be left, filler plug is half way up the g/box.

My 2000 chevy blazer is knocking, but from the front of the motor, has good oil pressure. changed the oil & there was very very minute dirt/shavings. Transmission has been acting up going into 2

Check the water pump in the front of your engine for bearings going out. Have your tranny fluid changed & have the 2 shift selonods replaced, if the tranny is OK.

How to change the transmission fluid in a 2004 Pontiac Grand Am GT with automatic transmission?

according to my alldata book this vehicle doesnt need the tranny oil changed ,if it fails then its a exchange gearbox ,if you have a dipstick for the tranny then just undo the tranny sump bolts and drain it this way but my honest advice is if it works well leave well alone as the oil shouldnt get dirty or deteroriate as its only a hydraulic pumping oil but if its dirty then the bands and the clutch are worn so it will require a overhaul anyway as it will give up the ghost before long

How do you check transmition fluid in a 1996 Standard Mercury Tracer?

Check transmition fluid is via the trans dip stick located were the engine meets the tranny.. Dip stick should be labled transmition with the engine hot and car in park. pull dip stick out wipe clean. reinsert into tube fully then remove. the highest oil level is the reading level is reference to the stamped marking on the dip stick indicating fluid level "high or low"

Radiator full of oil think it is auto transmition oil why and how do i solve problem

do not drive this vehicle. Check the transmission dipstick if it is milky then change the tranny oil, sounds like the transmission cooler line split inside the radiator. i would put a stand alone transmission cooler on the vehicle.

Good luck.

Need to replace the oil pump on a 95 park avenue

You shouldn't have to for head gaskets, makes it easier but not necessary.
For oil pan, you may have too. Depending on how much room there is between pan and crossmember and if pan is in tranny. Some cars the oil pan is 1/4" behind tranny but don't think that is the deal on your car.
