Hatch doesnt open no key whole actuator isnt working
There should be an access panel inside,you should be able to manually open it up should be a little lever in there

Thanks for using FixYa and welcome to the site. There is usually a cable that connects from the button to the latch. It may be broke. You may be able to get another key made at a dealership or by calling a locksmith.

you may have to see if theres an emergency release the actuator most likey need to be replaced.. it is located inside the trunk panel

HIt the unlatch button twice, sometimes three times. As it was explained to me
it has to be tight in the winter so it doesn't fly up in the summer. You could also try cleaning the damper rods on either side of the hatch, and make sure that the
mounts for them are still tight. It's the nature of the beast.
