P2138 = Throttle pedal position sensor fault
There is a bulletin from GM to inspect the Dash to Body electrical connector for possible corrosion. If any corrosion is found in this connection, it should be cleaned and the connector packed with dielectric grease. I would also inspect the connector at the throttle body, as this seems to be a common problem as well.
