what i suggest i can suggest is, buy a clear sealant, and seal the sides of the headlights.
the reason why is air can creep in tha lamps that's why it gets moisture (foggy) and dirty.

Its actually pretty straight forward. Disconnect the headlight. Then
their are two bolt on the top the the headlight. Remove those then
remove the wheel of the car. Then their are three more bolts bellow the
headlight All three facing from the outside of the fender to the center of the car.
Then once you have those 5 bolts out. Pull the headlight forward and up. Their are two tabs that go into the fender.

on the V-6 or the 4 cylinder models, this would mean that your o2 sensor heater circuit, if you had this replaced the last time, I would check the connections, they may be loose, Good Luck!

You could have debirs in the pump or in the line. some units have screens that can get clogged up. Do make sure fuse is in place and tight. There may also be a relay that could be loose or faulty. You can check with an ohmmeter.
