Make sure the radio is on to set the clock. Then with the radio on, press the clock button. The field you will be setting will flash (hour, ect). Just turn the tuner dial while this is flashing. Then when you have it set how you want, press the clock button again. The next field will flash and you do the same thing. When it is all set, just don't touch anything. It will take the new info you have put in after several seconds. Need a Rocket Scientist degree for this clock!

Saturn Ion's are known for major faulty wiring...This is especially true in the ignition switch when it is cold and the radio going out...The faulty wiring probably ruined your radio...

turn the key on and off 3 times or so,the ions computer is smart,if a bulb blows the computer cuts off the power to that circuit and doesnt give the power back even when its fix till the code is cleared or you cycle the key a bunch of times,if this doesnt fix it,,you probably got a bad headlight wiring harness in the headlamp,common issue
