I think they are 3 sets.

One on left side of motor
One on right side of motor
One at passanger side door once you open it!

Never hook both cables up to the main power sources car. just the red is needed always ground the ground out to metal on the engine not the battery!

I would check at the local junk yard to see if you can get a motor with fairly low milage, for a cheap cost.

After the mechanic change the rear spark plug in my car he left two cables disconected. The motor is 3.1 chevrolet lumina 1991

The O2 Sensor is located on the drivers side rear...He probably disconnected to get to the rear plugs, and forgot to re-connect...See if they match...is the check engine light on? If you paid to much, do not hesitate to take it back to your mechanic...

Need to know where if it is a sensor or a temp sending unit that is on a 97 lumina and where is it located

When standing in front of the car.It will be located under the throttle body.thats were the throttle cables connect to.Under there you will see a plug that has 2 to 3 wires going to it.when you get it unpluged it should take a 19 m deep well socket.I hope that helps in some way.
