I would say you have a bad ground wire. Im not sure about this car but most have a black ground wire fasten to the top of the fender or inside of the inner finder near the battery, Remove the wire and clean the metal and the wire connector with a wire brush, making sure the metal is shiny. tighten securely and check your lights. Be sure you dont have a black wire going to each light, if so check each one. I hope these suggestions help you find your problem.
you probably dont need all that chek on the stering wheel sometimes they have a fuse in there see if yours has that trust me if yours have that fuse that might be the problem.
Check the fuse to see if it is blown,be sure to have the head lights on,and the dash dimmer on all the way bright, when checking the fuse,if it is not blown, check the fuse to see if it has voltage on that fuse,if it does not, then replace the head light switch. If the fuse has voltage to it,then either a bad connection at the cluster,or the bulbs are burned out in the cluster.
If the low beam head light relay is fine, and the dimmer switch checks out fine, then look at the out put wire from the dimmer switch to the head light relay, check for voltage, then check the relay to see if it energizes. Then follow the wire(out put)from the relay to the head light. Now if power from the dimmer is getting to the relay, but the relay is not energizing, look for a bad relay,or bad relay ground wire.
Check the connectors on the head lights . check the dimmer switch on the floor, check the turn signal bulb sockets and make sure that they are well grounded.
Replace light switch. Reach under the dash and find the switch you will feel a button on top of the wight switch push it down pull the switch knob all the way out, (Unhook battery first) then unscrew the beauty ring then pull the switch down and then remove wire connector and go buy a new one and replace it. if your a big guy it may give you a problem, but replace it before it burns up your wiring harness.
I had the same problem. I swapped two of the same relays for the stop lamps under the hood in the fuse box panel. The problem went away. Apparently the relays stick some time.
CHECK THE LIGHT YOU CHANGEIT IF THEY SEE FINE AND THE FILAMENT IS INTACT CHEK THE CONECTCION PLUG OF THE BRAKE LIGHT AND WITH A SCREW TRY TO CLEAN THE CONECTION ARE SOMETIMES WITH THE CONSTACT USE GETS A LITTLE BIT RUSRTY BUT NOTHING IMPORTANT
