Question about 2000 Dodge Grand Caravan
I have a 1999 Dodge Caravan. Over time the back door has become harder to open with the outside latch. It is now to the point of not opening at all. Is there a way to open it using a tool from the inside. I have removed the rear inside cover as much as possible, and also the rubber boot that covers the latch opening. I can see the internal portion of the latch area using a flash light.
Pull on the rods that go tothe latching mecinisam and it will open then fix your problem when you get it open.
