depends on experience
I would plan on about 4 hours for myself which is the labor rate but given rust and age issues it might take 8
if you have never removed an engine then give yourself at least a couple of days
however, I saw this video on the web of a group of guys that stripped a Corvette, engine and all in less that 5 minutes

There is a circuit breaker in the LH maxi fuse block underhood, horn relay B under hood at same location and the horn button contacts that need to be tested. The easiest things to do is test or replace the relay and circuit breaker and you can also test all the circuits useing a 12v testlight and a wiring diagram with the relay removed. Then you will know what circuit is keeping the horn from playing. You can jumper the terminals and make the horns play with the relay out. Thanks. Keep updated for any more query.
