It really depends on the type and model of your radio. Below is the generic clock set proceedure for the most popular radio at that time.
Hope this works for you.
Regards,

To set the clock, just:
Press the SET button. The word SET will light up in the VF display.
Within 5 seconds, press and hold the SEEK button until the correct hour
appears on the display.
Then, press and hold the SCAN button until the correct minute appears
After you set the time, the word SET will remain in the VF display for a
on the display.
few seconds.

You "should" be able to do it like this .... but yours may be different.
with the radio OFF press the "set" button as if you were programming a station. now the radio has to be off when doing this!
after pressing SET then you should be able to press "scan" or "seek" I believe one will be for the minutes and the other will be for the hours
.... now when done press set again when you are finished. you may can just not press set when finished and it will still work.
if this helps please rank this answer.... thanks!

How to change the time on my 2003 ford explorer

It should be in your owners manual. Depending on which radio you have, you either turn the radio off, push the clock button, then advance the time with the seek or tune button - or - push the clock button and put the time in using the number buttons then push the clock button again to store the setting.

How do I change the clock on a '91 Corsica?

Owner's Manual, page 97: (1) With the ignition on and radio off, pres SET. The SET indicator will appear on the digital screen for five seconds. (2) During that time, you can set the clock. If your audio system does not have a CD player, press SEEK v to set hour and SEEK ^ to set minute. If your system has a CD player, pres SCAN to set the hour. Then press <SEEK to decrease minutes or SEEK> to increase minutes.
