Question about Cars & Trucks
I have a 1997 Ford F350 I recently changed the oil and now there is no oil pressure and a knocking noise which made me believe that it's the oil filter but the oil pan is near impossible I have to take the oil pan out to get to the oil filter. I'm wondering if it could be anything else or if anyone knows an easier way to take the oil pan out.
Has there been zero oil pressure ever since you changed the oil?
Did you do it with motor warm? If so you lost the prime in your oil pump.Over fill the oil, couple quarts. start the engine,If you got oil pressure shut of engine and drain two quarts!
