Check the EGR valve. Some times they stick open and it will cause the car not to start.

Why don't you first check all your fuses. I am not sure which one might operate the fuel pump so just pull one at a time and you will know when you see a burnt one. the wire inside will be melted in two.. Be sure to check them all because sometimes more then one can go bad. Also there is fuses that may be under the bonnet/Hood. Check the one that says engine or ignition. or just look at all of them as well. They will be larger then the ones under the dash.
Be kind on your rating of me. I am only guessing here not being able to see the car in person. Thanks and let me know, Raz
