The power steering reservoir will be on the left side (near the passenger front wheel) behind the coolant reservoir. It's a black tank with orange lettering on the cap. If you follow the hoses off of it, they'll lead you directly to the pump.

The fuel line fittings and the tank straps are probably rusted at the threaded bolt and nut. Have some penetrating oil spray onto them and let it sit over night. Use an impact wrench to remove the two nuts. Next remove the fuel lines and drop the tank out. Having an empty tank is good also to lighten the weight
