Probably camhead gasket went, it can give a misfire as well, so spark plug at cylinder 7 should be wet, there also has to be white smoke like steam coming from tail pipe even when engine is hot and water dripping

Misfire means...spark plug is not working or you have a loose compression on cylinder. 2. Have the cylinder 2 test for compression and advice.
