Question about Cars & Trucks
Hi there i have a 2002 Buick rendezvous and sometimes the fuse from the AC compressor break down and is doing that every 3-4 days and also the fan knob have up to 5 cycles of speed but just works just up-to number 4 and when I switch to 5 it turn off what this 2 little-big problems can be? I will appreciate if somebody can help me with this thanks.
Fuses blow because of higher amperage than what the system is rated for. This could be caused by short to ground or a component such as your A/C compressor that's seizing up demanding more amperage to actually be able to turn. The other issue could be caused by a failed resistor block or contact on the switch. Resistor blocks are usually the cause of this issue.
