Subaru Forester, 2003. clock light and dome light not working (clock works, just no light at night). all other dash lights appear to function. i replaced fuse marked 12 in engine fuse panel, described...

The clock works, correct? It is just not illuminating when your headlights are turned on? If this is the case then it is most likely that you have 2 burned out bulbs. The forester clock bulb is Sylvania bulb part #2723

Hope that helps! I have a bunch of clock related info on my website www.autoclockrepair.com. Let me know if I can be of assistance.

The odometer and clock light are not working. how do i fix this?

You will have to remove the clock to get access to change that bulb. As for the odometer, you will also have to remove the entire dash cluster, it's a one piece unit, to change that one bulb.

Clock light on dash has no fuse??? cannot locate

Just pop off the little storage compartment housing the clock, use a butter knife or thin screwdriver and start at the front edges. It should pop up with a little pressure. From there you can pull out the whole assembly and access the clock.

Subaru part number 85068SA020. It lists for $6

Sylvania bulb part #2723

My clock light has gone out on my Grand Am - can we replace a fuse to get it working again and if so where is it located?

the clock light doesn't have a separate fuse, it is on the same fuse as all the lights in the dash, what has happened is that the tiny bulb in it has burned out, this bulb is soldered to the circuit board inside the clock, you will need to remove the clock and replace that bulb, radio shack sells the bulb.

Honda odyssy in dash clock light failure2004

There is a bulb in the clock but you will have to remove the instrument cluster to get to it. This involves removing some molded trim panels around the steering column and it is not very easy. Yeah, I don't think Honda could have made changing a clock light bulb any harder.

For the error code on your stereo--look in your paper work you got when you purchased the car and see if you can find a radio code in there. Check the owner's manual for a sticker with the code stuck on a page. You'll need to input the code to get your stereo to turn on. Don't have or can't find? You may have to remove the radio to get the serial number on it and call your local Honda dealer.

Clock light is out

No, the light is totally out. The little light bulb that is connected to the stereo is out. I was wondering the best way to take the dash off. I don't have a manual and I was wondering where that light bulb is connected to and the best way to approach it?
Thanks
