Try a slim jim first, down the side of the window. Or AAA or locksmith. If no luck, remove the seat first. Find the screws and bolts around the door handle and arm rest. Most Ford's have screws around the outer side of the panel. I don't believe your's does. The panel lifts or pops off. Once the panel is off, you can reach down and open the door. Just a note. I have done some to where the panel came out in pieces.
no the latch could be hanging up, the keyless entry pad has no mechanical connection, lube the latch area generously, ....even pull the highest bolt holding the latch in place and with the red nozzel spry into the bolt hole .....hold handle in up position and close door like ten times or more to work the lube into moving components....... make sure when this happens that the lock is fully rising to allow to open, may need and actuator also if thats not occuring.
Inside your drivers door when you open the door there is a tag for your tire sizes. You can look at the other tires and get the size that already on the vehicle...235\70\R20. example.. Look for numbers like these
