it indicates a problem and should be investigated immediately
it reports on the engine ( check oil level, water level, charge rate ) and transmission ( check oil level if auto and gear selection process)
have the fault codes run asap to determine if the problem is going to costly or just sensor failure
sounds like you are getting water into the connections and possibly have a bad earth connection. Suggest you check all light connections for water ingression.
not the pump but air in the system or a broken wire to the coolant level sensor
that sensor at the top of the radiator tank has to be completely immersed in coolant or the circuit is broken and the light comes on
same effect id the wire to that sensor is broken in the insulation
When the light blinks it in most cases means a misfire is detected.
If the spark system has recently encountered any water this is one of the number one causes for the light to blink.

um this proboly u went trough a deep water the water hit the exhaust and just burned water ur horn got water in it but nothing to worry about how to fix it normal day use ill go away i promise
