I WOULD TRY SOME BASIC THINGS, CHECK FUSES, MAKE SURE ALL SIGNAL LIGHTS ARE WORKING CORRECTLY. IF YOU SUSPECT A PARTICULAR LIGHT, TAKE A CLOSE AT THE SOCKET FOR CORROSION , DIRT, ETC, OR A DEFECTIVE BULB. CHECK A CHILTON MANUAL FOR YOUR MANUAL FOR LOCATION OF THE FLASHER, AS IT MAY BE UNDER THE DASH.

What is causing a buzzing noise when using the left turn signal on a 1999 Pontiac sunfire

Two possible causes
If it is only the left turn signal then the switch has worn switch contacts and you need to replace it with a new indicator stalk switch.
If both left and right the flasher unit could be faulty.

I have a 2005 chrysler voyager does the hazard switch also control indicators

Turn signal flasher also lights the indicator. When you engage the hazards you switch out the T/S flasher which is then replaced by the hazard flasher. Then that flasher operates the indicators.

Turn signal flasher relay

If your relay switch is working fine and the ground wires are good, I could replace the flasher device (isn't expensire replacement) and test again, if the fault come on again, the multifunction switch is go to bad.

Hope this helps; also keep in mind that your feedback is important and I`ll appreciate your time and consideration if you leave some testimonial comment about this answer.

Thank you for using FixYa, have a nice day.

Flasher relay

Indicator Flasher The turn signals and the hazard warning flasher switch (13A350) use the same indicator flasher (13350). The indicator flasher is located behind the instrument panel (04320), to the right of the interior fuse junction panel. When activated, the indicator flasher flashes the appropriate turn signal lamps.

Removal
  1. Disconnect the battery ground cable (14301).
  1. Press the indicator flasher tab and slide the indicator flasher from the mounting bracket.
  1. Disconnect the indicator flasher electrical connector from the wiring harness.

Where is the turn signal flasher on a 97 v90?

The V90 indicator flasher unit is built in to the hazard warning switch, you need to pull the switch out of the dash unplug it and replace the switch unit with a new one which simply pushed back into the dash after plugging the conector back in the new one.

Turn signal buzzing in off position but not on/hazards work with buzzing all the time

I sounds like you did a good job of isolating the source of the buzzing. I, too, was unable to locate that part number on the web. Changing the "convenience center" of course would be your best bet, but if you are unable to locate a replacement, you might want to try cleaning the plug that connects to the convenience center. It could be that it has oxidized pins that are creating an incomplete connection causing the flasher to buzz.
Best of luck to you.
