SOURCE: window will not wind up

Assuming this is a mual window, your linkage has become disconnected. You'll need to pull your door panel off and investigate. Probably your linkage has become disconnected.

Same here, just aerodynamics. You might try a side window deflector on each front edge window.

Door windo goes up tilted

remove the inside door trim and inside the door cavity the window guide will be adjustable . probably from a nut on the inside door panel. Wind the window right up and pull the bottom of the guide back and tighten the nut. Wind the window up and down until you get the adjustment right.

if its power window then your motor or switch is burnt out. if its manual the glass fell off the track. take off door panel and look to see if window is off track.

The nearside front window is stuck down and will not wind back up

Not sure if its power windows or manual windows, you said wind so its gotta be manual, remove the door panel and make sure nothing fell apart and jammed the track, if nothing is found then the track may be broken,

Automatic window

Most likely the motor for the power window is worn out.
It's not that uncommon to replace these motors over time.
The motor is most likely over heating doing the job going one direction. Then, have to cool down to go the other direction. Hot and cold temperatures outside will play a factor on a worn-out window motor as well.

Manual window cables for making window go up &down

Check to make sure the wire has not fallen off the guide wheel/s. If it has and you have tried to force it to wind you may have flattened the window cables out and may need to replace them. If you have not tried to force it to wind and cables are in good condition just make sure they are still on the guide wheel/s and it should wind also check the wire on the winder spindle which is behind the handle to make sure it has not bunched up. If it has dropped off the guides and you are not sure haow it goes back on post me a picture of the window assembly and I will tell you.
