If you havent fixed it yet then .
Then either your distributor cap is cracked/points set to 012" /lead no good/plug no good/tappet totight set tappets to 012" [No 4] cylinder/burnt out exhaust valve/ worn or broken piston rings [No 4 ]or a leaking inlet manifold gasket.,,or sometimes burnt or blown head gasket

Should be the plug wire, I had the same problem here, I took a wire from another car just to check it and sure enough, it was the plug wires, Just replace the whole set and keep a couple for spares. Hope this helps.
