SOURCE: 1992 Mitsubishi Eclipse transmission slips in overdrive

well the low cost way to go first would be to try and change the trans fluids. If the problems still remains the it may be an internal problem

SOURCE: Clutch Pedal not returning 3000GT

Buy a seal kit from autozoe, wil cost you around 17 dollars. Remove clutch aster cylinder by firstly undoing the resevoir clamp and remove the reservoir to give you access to the hard hydraulic line and detach the line. Undo the two bolts holding the master cylinder to the firewall and then go inside the car and pull the cotter pin holding the end of the mastrecylinder plunger to the pedal (watch the washers and remember how they go back on). Remove the unit, and strip it down to replace the plunger and releif valve you get from the kit. Good Luck.

SOURCE: how do i replace my clutch on my 2007 eclipse gt

Unless you have mechanical experience do not try to replace clutch. It is the Clutch Plate that you replace and most replace the pressure plate as well. You need alignment tools also. You can purchase a repair manual at Auto Stores to see what youre getting into.
On this one don't take advise see what's involved yourself.Good Luck

The clutch pedal of my Toyota Hilux kzte 2004 does not want to release on its own.

I assume that means that the clutch does not engage/disengage when you press and release the pedal. There are a number of possible issues here. First, does the pedal feel "soft"? Is it easier to press down that usual? If so, the problem may likely be in the hydraulics of the clutch. A bad master or slave cylinder will not allow hydraulic pressure necessary to engage/disengage the clutch.
If the pedal feels normal, then the problem is most likely internal to the clutch mechanism. A bad release bearing or a stripped clutch disc are the most likely culprits for this issue.

I had a 2000 Mitsubishi Eclipse GT with a 5 speed transmission when I the car will start but when I let out on the clutch the car will not move please help

Was the clutch acting up/slipping prior to it not working as of now? Does the clutch pedal feel normal? With clutch pedal up and no engagement, possible clutch failure/transmission input shaft failure/transmission internal problem

2007 Mitsubishi eclipse spider replaced clutch plate pressure plate throw out bearing still have no gears I can put it in gear with key off and I can push car anywhere

Does it feel like you have good pedal pressure? Might try bleeding clutch, if you have good pressure its possible the clutch parts are wrong. Or were installed wrong, sorry

2007 Mitsubishi eclipse spider just put in clutch kit now it will not engage I can put it in gear without car on and I can push the car back and forth

Sounds possible you have the friction plate in backwards and there is no clearance. Retrace your steps and check the clutch operating mechanism, then any gear linkage. With the clutch centre plate, the raised part of the spring carrier is usually facing outwards toward the pressure plate fingers.

I replaced the new flywheel and new clutch kits. It doesn't work. Why? If car is off I can shift in to a gear but it starts I cannot engage into gear. What is wrong?

I don't suppose to know Mitsubishi cars at all but it sounds like a safety interlock related to the clutch pedal mechanism hasn't been reconnected correctly or may have been adjusted out of tolerance during the remove and replace process.

Sounds like the clutch assy is about worn out. Most hydraulic clutches are self adjusting so when the clutch disc lining wears thin it takes more pedal travel to engage.
