Question about Toyota RAV4
The glue may have caused it to stick. If you feel mechanically inclined, you may take the door apart and repair the lock and or mach by freeing it from the glue. There are several glue solvents on the market, just don't get any on the paint or plastic.
Otherwise, a trip to the local mechanic may be in order.
The Fob, may actually not be working. There are fixes for this, but complicated. An easy Fob fix is battery replacement [too weak] and also, replacing the rubber part [amazon/ebay]

sounds like theres a prob with lock and batery in the car has no charge have a locksmith open it then u can see if the car will start
