Lights for fan and ac knobs out. Power outlet doesn't work. Where is fuse box?

On drivers side under dash ( by your knee's) there is a black panel that you remove for access to fuses up under there. You also have one under the hood on drivers side marked Fuse/relay, or power distribution.

they always are on at the same time, the air temperature control blend door controls the outlet temp. It is broken or the electric motor that moves it is boken or both are defective which is the usual case,.

Servo motor? I disagree. Actually, there are 3 servo motors in the vehicle; an air inlet servo, an air mix servo, and an air outlet servo. None of which control the temperature.
The AC temp is controlled by a thermister in the cooler box/eveporator unit under the dash.

2001 chevy AC

Find outlet selection motor (between accelerator & HVAC case). With ignition "off" unplug connector from motor, after 30 second lapse reconnect. Turn ignition switch "on", observe white gear & linkage for smooth motion. Smooth motion: You're in luck. No motion: GENTLY rotate white gear by hand. If motion begins; lube linkage with lithium grease. If still no motion: remove HVAC control head, unplug connector & clean circuit board connector strip. Reconnect & Retry. Lastly, outlet selection motor may have failed, requiring its R&R (lotsa fun!).
