SOURCE: T100 tail lights & dash light keep blowing fuses

If this vehicle has a trailer harness, that could be the problem; it could be shorted out. Additionally, if there is no trailer harness, look under the truck bed at the rear, look for a grey wiring connector that wires come out of, and run to the taillamps. I have observed corrrosion in this connector, which will result in a short circuit. You may find it necessary to cut the connector out and resplice the wires back together (eliminate the connector), if severe corrosion is indeed present.

Blown dashboard light fuse

Since they are on different circuits I would say something in the wiring harness. It may be tough to find if it takes a few days or weeks for the problem to show up.
It could be a short in the harness in the column, or elsewhere.

I keep blowing the same fuse. under the hood how can i find where the short is?? It the fuse for the dashboard lights and tail lights?? Dashboard lights for sure.

do you have a tow hitch? if so start at the wiring for the tow package usually corrode and short out the lights. if you don't have tow package harness at the back then i would be looking at the front side marker light wiring, if dash lights are effected it means problem is in the park lights only.
