You have to take the trunk liners off of both sides. There will be 3 13mm nuts on each side for the shocks, and under the car is a 16 or 17mm bolt that has to be removed. I hope this helps.

Its not so bad - however you will need the proper puller and small race tool (if the bearing separates).
They can be rented at a parts store relatively cheap.
Here is the procedure so you can determine your abilities...
The wheel bearings are only removed if they are worn. They cannot be removed without destroying them (due to side thrust created by the bearing puller). They are not periodically disassembled, repacked and adjusted.

check you tires ( inside wall ) if there good then you might want check your rear wheel bearing if its a humming noise and gets louder as you go faster ,,good luck ,,,Joe

They're not shocks they're struts. It requires spring compressors and air impact tools.
Unless you have them and the know how how to compress strut springs. don't do it. It can be dangerous.
It's why it's a lot of money to have it done.
