hi have not had pleasure of this on santa fe yet? but will try to help dependant of which side o/s or n/s ? i would first remove the screws holding the front of the under engine plastic cover/shield and drop down sufficient to gain view/access? to the rear of fog lamp then if a cover is on? try turning anti clock to remove? or if rubber cover pull off? then the bulb and clip should be visible? unplug the wire from bulb then the spring clip holding bulb in place normally just sring the 2x top ends together and swing down/clear to remove bulb? refit new bulb correctly! pay attention to position old bulb positioned? then clip securely and re connect wire at this stage it would be best to ensure bulb works ?? before you re assemble all else? wish you luck and hope this helps with your problem ?

SOURCE: Brake bulb
Open the back hatch and in the well of the hatch you'll see two big screw that hold the black trim that holds all the lights on the rear right side and the same for the left. Once you take of the whole console (it's a little tricky you'll have to pivot it like opening a car door for it to come off) inside back you'll see all the light socket pushed into the console. Turn and pull out for each socket and then you'll see each light bulb. from there just replace the bulb.

1. Turn tires away from vehicle
2. There is a plastic covering in front of the wheel that usually goes around the wheel well. There are plastic thumb pins on the outer edges of this plastic covering. Remove the thumb pins and this plastic piece will come off.
3. Behind this you will find access to your fog lights.
4. Remove/Replace just like an ordinary head light.

its pretty simple...
1) let engine cool down all the way
2) pull plug wires off plugs one at a time.
3) remove plugs with proper spark plug socket.
4) replace plug
5) replace wire
6) move to next one.

In the 07 owners manual, ch 6 [Do it yourself maint.] shows the accessory fuses to the left of the steering wheel. [Just fwd of the drivers left knee.] There is a panel you can open revealing the fuse box. My book leads me to believe you should first check Fuse #7. This should control the headlamp and an instrument cluster, [which you may or may not have.] Do all your instruments work? If not, this may be your problem. The only reason I know about this is, I just had the same problem and replacing the bulb did not work. I hope this helps. If you don't have a manual, you should order one at the dealer or online. It is a necessity. good luck
