Unless you have some extra cash and a lot of time to play around and get the answers as to the possibility of doing what you propose It would be cheaper and quicker just to get another transmission fro the wreckers. That will get you back on the road quick and then you can experiment at leisure. Have you found out why the transmission blew so that the next one will not have the same problem.

The fuse box and fuse box diagram is located in front of the driver side door approximately 8 inches from the floor, under the or near the dash. There is a black cover on the fuse box on the cover is a diagram of the fuse box fuses. Remember this is for a left hand drive as far as the driver position goes.
