its best to replace the oil cooler lines.this should have the lines that run from the radiator to the oil filter housing and when you replace the line you will get both lines as they are made be replaced together.bypassing the line is hard to do takes more time and will leak as you can`t get it to seal properly.

How can I bypass the OEM internal engine oil cooler with an external aftermarket oil cooler on a 2001 Saturn L300 3.0LV6?

Can you pipe the hot oil out to the after-market cooler, let it work, and pipe the cooled oil back in? You're not giving the internal cooler any "work" to do, but who cares, since the goal is to cool the oil.

I have a 2003 chevy impala that is from a fleet of cruisers so it has the extra oil cooler on it. One of those lines are leaking and i'm wondering if i can bypass them and get a oil filter housin

You probably can do what you want but really it is better to have cold tranny oil rather than another oil filter. Better if you repair/replace the leaking hose as the tranny will reward you for it.

Power steering cooler line rusted out.. can I bypass the cooler completely without any problems this may cause to the power steering pump ?

The cooler is for a reason, without it the oil willl get hot and affect the steering. It might be ok on shorter trips, but you really dont need a steering failure.

Is the engine oil cooler really needed on my 94 chevy or can i bypass it by plugging the hoses

If the oil cooler is leaking oil into the water or vice versa, and you are stranded, you could connect the hoses and by pass the cooler to get you where you can get help. If the weather is very hot and / or you are towing a load, I would not recommend this. The possible consequence is a blown engine. I would not recommend it.

2004 f250 6.0 diesel engine oil cooler

U can do this, use a B&M brand cooler, use a kit for your truck if availiable get one with screw in hose fittings, never use hose clamps on an oil cooler if u can avoid it, if u choose to use clamps check them and tighten them as ness at every oil change. try the link below for a cooler.
