belts squeak or squeal if loose or worn . water pump bearings will give a low grumble like marbles in a drum. you cannot adjust a water pump only the belts to it. if the noise is a grumble then the fix is a new water pump unit.
That sounds like a belt.. either the belt is worn or the tensioner pully needs to be tightened..google or youtube how to tighten tensioner..they can provide you with a video.. should be a fairly simple job.
These Nissans are giving trouble with the tensioner pully. When they retightened it after replacing your belt it probably made it start squealing. More tension than it had before. Get it checked. If it locks up it will damage the engine. I have heard of the dealer fixing some lower mileage ones for free.
