It drops speed and then grabs it back
fuel pressure dropping (check filter)
never ever tuned up. (service point 60k miles, repeats)

SOURCE: i can't get any power
Okay, you need to put power two the black/white wire and power to the white/red wire then ground the black wire and that will power up the radio to get cd out. hope this helps.
