Need a little more info to solve, but here's some tips. Did you pull the wheels to see if you have any contamination on the brake shoes? This includes axle fluid, brake fluid(like from a leaking wheel cylinder). Does it lock up all the time or just for the first few times? Is the brake hose ok? (should only be one or you may have rear disc, doubt it though) If all cheack out then check brake adustment, should be able to spin the wheel about 1.5 turns on a good hand spin, while wheels are off the ground. Next you should try changing the rear brake hardware, that's all the springs & such, if you have drums as opposed to discs. The hardware is a known issue on all gm's from 85 up. Hope this helps.

A number of problems can cause this, but most are fixed by a full rear brake job.

How do i bleed the brake lines from my 2000 chevy silverado

You need a special tool to bleed the brakes due to the Anti Lock brake system. You will need to see the dealer on this or a well equipped brake repair shop.

Can the ABS system fails on a 1990 Chevy Suburban and that allow the brakes to lock up on it?

If the ABS fails, the brakes will lock up when you brake hard enough to have needed the ABS system to engage. The ABS works by sending a pulsing action through the brake system when you brake hard enough to lock up the wheels.
In the old days before ABS we used to have to pump the brake pedal to achieve a pulse in an attept to keep from locking up and sliding. The old way of doing it is no where near as effective as modern ABS.
You should never pump the brake pedal on a vehicle that is equipped with ABS. If your ABS has failed, yours and others safety is at risk. Get it fixed ASAP.

Truck not stoping and anti brake is working.

dosen't stop at all or just slow?, if the abs is working then you should feel the pulseing in the brake pedal just before tire lock-up, the tires will not lock-up with abs fully funtioning unless all four tires or two are in lock-up depending on the abs application, if abs fails it reverts it self to regular braking ability, hope this helps

1998 chevy silverado brake problem

Sound's like the ABS common problem. Chevy has a recall that say's to remove and clean the front speed sensors mateing surface of rust. I would try that before I started spending money. If you can do you own front brakes you can handle this. Good luck
