You have a dead short in the system you need to trace the wires from the fuse box up to the key cylinder to find a pinched or rub through wire

Does your Grand Marquis have head lamps with auto lamps ? Which fuse keeps blowing ? Could be a shorted LCM - lighting control module ?

My fuse 25a keep blowing in my Mercury Grand Marquis 2001

That is not enough info to give a suggestion. What circuit is the fuse for - look at the fuse box? What happens when the fuse blows? Did something get wet or damaged prior to the fuse start blowing?

My fuse 25a keep blowing what should I do

Fuse 25a is probably just the size of the fuse= 25 amp. We need to know what it controls ie: what stops working.

2006 kia sedona problems

Ancillary item, heater blower, radio etc can cause issues as can chafed insulation on the loom itself.
Use a car headlamp instead of a fuse to aid fault finding. When the short circuit is gone the bulb will be dim.

Cooling Fan Fuse

Sounds like a short in the wiring, or a bad fan motor drawing too much current. Check the wiring for shorts, if none are found, replace the fan motor.
