I can un-plug the 12pin connector and it will have 2nd&3rd no first if i plug it back in it has 1st but not 2nd or 3rd i have already replaced the pcm, checked fuses/relays replaced gov & speed sensor. when i 1st replaced the computer it worked but shifted hard and had to wait about 10min before it shift i sent the computer back to get it checked but it was good what could it be? and where could i get a free wiring diagram?
You have not down a scan of the TCM (transmission control module) for fault codes, you need that done first before throwing away money on parts that don't fix the problem.

Check the large probably 100 amp fuse under the PDC cover. Is this a 12 valve or 24 valve engine? If it's a 12 valve, it may be a bad crank sensor. It tells the PCM to turn on the ASD relay which supplies power to the alternator field.

Here is some possible reasons why your transmission is having those problems .
* The gear shift linkage is binding
* There is an internal problem in the transmission
* The throttle cable is broken or disconnected
* The vacuum modulator on the transmission is faulty or the vacuum line is damaged
* The electronic transmission control circuit may be faulty
