SOURCE: Why doesn't the heater blow hot air?

If your "Check Engine" or "Service Engine Soon" light is on, you need to have that checked out first.
If not, the next thing you should check is your engine coolant level. (Antifreeze) If the coolant level is low, the engine coolant does not circulate through the heater core and the the heater doesn't work. The coolant level could be low for a number of reasons including a leaky hose, water pump, or head gasket. In any case, if it is found to be low, you need to find out why.
If the coolant level is OK then the thermostat function needs to be checked to make sure that the engine is reaching operating temperature.
If all of the above checks out OK, then the heater control valve and/or the blend air door in the HVAC housing needs to be checked for proper operation. (NOTE: some cars are not equipped with a heater control valve)

SOURCE: 2001 hyundai accent, horrible smell from vents

I had the same experience with one of my own vehicles. A rodent had entered the AC system from the FAN fresh air vent in the RH wheel well. The entire lower ducting had to be opened just to gain access to the dead critter. Removed critter... tad bit of air freshener and lots of reassembly. No more smell.

Kelly

The smelly issue may qualify under some states lemon laws..... press your dealer on this one.

Heater not warming up

Most likely the thermostat broke. I expect that you have an older Hyundai and never had the anti-freeze changed. When the engine is cold the thermostat is closed which causes the engine to warm up more quickly. A warm engine runs more efficiently (less gas) and more smoothly. When the engine temp reaches a certain temp the thermostat opens and then allows the hot engine coolant to run through the lines to the heater core. The heater blows air over the heater core which produces the warm air that warms up the cabin. Thermostats used to be cheap and easy to change. I would suggest a web search for how to replace the thermostat. Something like 'hyundai accent 2002 replace thermostat".

My cold/hot knob on front dash clicks when i turn to hot

Look under the dash above the gas pedal and switch the hot to cold knob back and forth. you will see a cable hooked to a white plastic cam, this cable usually pops off the black plastic housing and causes this. If it is connected there it is in the control knob itself.

Why my 2001 lincoln navigator only blow cool air when it is on heat

Possibly a thermostat stuck open or a low coolant level in the radiator or a stuck hot water valve.

Check Engine Code P0128

Look for air bleeds, sounds like the coolant has air pockets. And ALWAYS check coolent level with heater set to full heat, or water valves would be closed, and blocking coolant...
