SOURCE: inner tie rod ends on a 2002 toyota celica

First, you do NOT have to remove the rack to replace the inner tie rod ends. Second, If you want a .pdf regarding the procedure, I'll be glad to send it to you. But, the tie rods just screw off. Whatyou WILL need to do is get a good front-end alignement after you replace the inner tie rod. If not, you will destroy your tires. Alignment is critical to minimize tire wear on Celicas.

SOURCE: 2000 toyota celica lift supports

I just changed mine and after trying to get the screws out and stripping them I finally read you have to take a hacksaw and saw them right past the O shaped thing at the top. Once you do that, you have to heat the screw for about 15-20 seconds and then take a 12mm bolt and unscrew it. Sounds crazy and I did everything but to try and get these off and nothing worked but this. Here is the link I just found, you might have to register to view it but it shows step by step with pics.

SOURCE: water going in sunroof trough

I fixed this issue awhile back and I forgot to post the solution doh! But here it is for those that are having the issue, apparently the sunroof drainage gets clogged over time. What I did was I pulled the headliner offs and removed some interior panels to get to all for drain hoses. Remove the hoses, open the moonroof and get a wire or the straw of compressed air and stick in the drainage till it breaks up the dirt, leaves, etc. Get a can of compressed air and blow it all away. Vacuum the junk that came out, put the interior panels and headliner back on. Problem fixed,

Where does a oxygen sensor go on a toyota celica 2000 ?

  • Locate the upstream and downstream oxygen sensors under the vehicle near the front axle. The upstream and downstream sensors resemble spark plugs with several wires connected to them. Remove the sensors by turning them clockwise with a 22-millimeter wrench.Locate the wiring harness inside the vehicle under the center console on the front passenger side. Disconnect the electrical connectors for the oxygen sensors. Feed the wires down through the vehicle and pull them out under the car.Feed the wiring assemblies on the new sensors up through the floor of the vehicle. Reconnect the wires in the wiring harness. Screw in the new oxygen sensors with your fingers. Once they are in place, tighten them with a 22-millimeter wrench.Remove the jack stands and lower the Celica to the ground. Remove the tire blocks. There should be a sensor before the CAT converter, and one RIGHT after it.

Where is the fuse box for a 95 toyota celica gt

There are 2 fuse boxes. One is inside the vehicle, driver's side, right in front of your left knee if sitting in the seat. Remove small cover to access. The second is under the hood behind the battery. 3 metal clips hold the lid down.

Cylinder for 2004 toyota celica does not work

Spark may be jumping out of wire prior to entering the plug. I've had this problem twice. Identify the cylinder by removing the spark plug wires one by one while running the engine. Whichever one has no effect on engine when removed is the bad one. set the bad one on top of the valve cover and roll it a bit to see if and where spark is jumping out. In both cases mine was jumping out at the seam between the plastic and rubber near the bottom of the tube. I put a few wraps of electrical tape on it to make it to the parts store then replaced the whole set of wires. Please supply more info for your issue as this could be a variety of things.

How to replace fuel pump for 93 toyota celica gt

Drain the tank and remove it from the car. Note carefully the position of the hoses and wires going to it. Clean the top of the tank well and dry it. Using a non-metallic tool remove the lock ring holding the tank unit in. Carefully lift out the assembly - there are several items connected. Remove the old pump and filter. Installation is just the reverse.

What is the size of the allen wrench needed to fit the oil pan drain plug in a 1995 toyota celica

The oil pan drain plug should require a 14mm hex head wrench to remove. The transmission pan requires a 10mm allen head socket, or wrench to remove. Are you sure you're trying to remove the correct drain? The oil drain should be on the passenger side and on the rear corner of the pan.

How do you remove the front seats 1998 Toyota Celica? Are their electrical plugs to disconnect?

If you have power or heated or lumbar supported seats then you will have extra plugs to disconnect. If not any of these then the only plug you need to worry about is the seatbelt plug. This is what makes the light come on the dash.

The fuse box in under the dash, up high, close to the drive-side inner fender. You cannot see it if you are NOT laying in the driver side footwell looking upo to the left.... it is rectangular, about 3-4 inches long x 2 incles wide. Possibly a black or cream coloured cover.
