First, you do NOT have to remove the rack to replace the inner tie rod ends. Second, If you want a .pdf regarding the procedure, I'll be glad to send it to you. But, the tie rods just screw off. Whatyou WILL need to do is get a good front-end alignement after you replace the inner tie rod. If not, you will destroy your tires. Alignment is critical to minimize tire wear on Celicas.

SOURCE: 2000 toyota celica lift supports
I just changed mine and after trying to get the screws out and stripping them I finally read you have to take a hacksaw and saw them right past the O shaped thing at the top. Once you do that, you have to heat the screw for about 15-20 seconds and then take a 12mm bolt and unscrew it. Sounds crazy and I did everything but to try and get these off and nothing worked but this. Here is the link I just found, you might have to register to view it but it shows step by step with pics.

SOURCE: water going in sunroof trough
I fixed this issue awhile back and I forgot to post the solution doh! But here it is for those that are having the issue, apparently the sunroof drainage gets clogged over time. What I did was I pulled the headliner offs and removed some interior panels to get to all for drain hoses. Remove the hoses, open the moonroof and get a wire or the straw of compressed air and stick in the drainage till it breaks up the dirt, leaves, etc. Get a can of compressed air and blow it all away. Vacuum the junk that came out, put the interior panels and headliner back on. Problem fixed,

Usually in the fuse box kick plate next to driver's lower footwell or passenger side, depending on which country you're in.
