Have you disconnected the power to it? If so look in your owners manual and get the security code for the stereo. Or is it just the CD portion of the stereo that is not working?

2015 Subaru Impreza - cd player trouble with audiobook CD and MP3. Takes 10 to 20 inserts for it to be read. Usually says No Music Files Found

if the issue is with a burned cd here are some solutions:
- all the files must have the ".mp3" in the file name
- some brands of cd-r will not work well with the subaru units try another brand verbatim or memorex seem to work
- lastly check that the disc is clean and not covered with finger prints etc...

I have a 2000 Subaru outback has the stock radio and CD player in it just a few weeks ago the CD player stopped. Does it need cleaned?

I have problems from time to time with my home cd player and clean it with an air spray can used to clean computers, seems to work for me, it's a cheap first step.

Disc will not load into subaru forester cd changer

This also happened to my 2002 WRX. I took the CD player out of the console and found a tiny spring (which I could not find) was not in its location, which would actuate the "play CD" switch inside. After a few hours I decided to reassemble the player and use it as a non-CD unit. The radio and cassette player still work, so I purchased a cassette MP3 player adapter so I can plug in my cell phone and play songlists.

06 A6 MMI radio switches on and off every few seconds. Bluetooth

Your most (fiber optic) system is inoperative. Its most likely your CD player and the bluetooth is an update issue, if it doesn't take the update then you need to replace your telephone transceiver.

I dont know how to work the cd player

There should be a button I believe on the right side that says disk or cd. Just push that to toggle between cd and radio.
