What have you done and/or replaced so far? I would start with checking the battery (12.6 cold), check the charging system (13.5 to 15 volts), check the fuel-line pressure. Does the engine light come on at all? If so have the codes read, this might help put you in the right direction. If the light isn't coming on then the problem should be mechanical. Like the fuel pump, gas cap, vacuum line, or IAC..

CAn you describe the problem with a little more detail. Does it start and run for a while before it stalls. Does it start and then stall right away. Is there a pattern to the stalling, turning, going over bumps, coming to a stop, trying to accelerate?

On cold mornings 2001 Aurora is stalling at stoplights till it warms up

air temp sensor are maf fault on the air intake. most of the newer types have the temp sensor fitted to the maf sensor box tel's engine to pump more fuel in until engine temp sensor reaches it temp then turns off the add more fuel. if not this it can be a clogged up egr and some fuel clean should sort this out if you not competent at removing it and cleaning it out, also another part can be the idle controller dirty injector cleaner can clean this out to.

Dodge durango stalls after starting

There may be a fault code or codes stored, though. Have an engine scan done for trouble codes as a first step in diagnosis. If no codes are present, I would start by investigating the idle circuit-clean the throttle body and have the IAC (idle air control) tested for proper operation. Good luck.

2001 dodge durango, when the weather is real cold

have the ECT checked,
Engine coolant temperature, lets the computer know whether it should push more fuel thru for cold mornings ,
the sensor could be telling the computer that your engine temp is 75 degrees, means less fuel being pushed

Engine runs and drives fine until it sits and idles. The engine loads up stumbles and stalls.

Has the check engine light came on. Sound like a O2 sensor. But you can have the codes read for FREE at any Advance or Auto Zone Store. Hope this helps.

2001 Dodge Durango will start from a jump.

replace the battery, on a dodge when battery is weak the idle air control solenoid tries to search for the right position. and will keep stalling sometimes wont stay running.
