SOURCE: No fuel pressure.
Security light on or blinking?
Passlock system on these cuts fuel pump signal if the key isn't sensed or there's a problem with the system. If you have a remote starter then that's a good thing to start focusing on. Inside the column there's two wires they tap on the right side coming out of the top of the ignition cyliner. If the taps wear out and break the wire, or cause too much resistance in the wire, then that could very well be your issue. Again, security system problems?
Also CKP sensor, if you're using a scan tool it will read as putting out something even if it's not right. If you have a reason to suspect a bad sensor then I'd start considering replacing it.

SOURCE: i replaced fuel pump but
The fuel pump relay is controlled by the PCM which uses the gray and black wires all the way back through the chaissis to the fuel pump. With the key on and no pressure at the rail the pump should be running. If there is no power out of the PCM (Power Train Control Module) to the fuel pump relay the fuel pump will not work Some fuses are in a fuse block on the driver's side of the vehicle, near the driver's right leg. Loosen the screw
If your looking for the fuse the fuse location is in the FREE owners manual here: (2.62 Mb)

on the cover and remove the cover.
