Images on how to change a knock sensor for 2003 rio kia

On 2003 Kia Rio the knock sensor is located under the intake manifold and must be changed from underneath the car. If you remove the oil filter it is directly above it and is in clear view once the oil filter is out of the way. The connector plugs in behind the intake manifold air breather on the top side. If you remove the air breather cover it will help you get to it. It's not Complicated it's Just a process Of Changing the Knock Sensor.

Cant locate the Fuel air filter on a kia rio 2007

you mean the gas filter its in the tank with the fuel pump its a strainer or do you mean the canister filter for the fuel tank this is in the evap canister in the rear of the car near gas tank in the evap assembly you need to remove the whole black box to take out the filter and if you mean the airfilter its under the hood in a box with a hose runnig to the intake it just unclips and you can take it out no problems

2007 kia rio losing power when going up hills

Random misfires could be gas related- low fuel pressure, vacuum leaks or air leaks upsetting the air/fuel mixture ratio, clogged air filter or fuel filter. Could be ignition related- worn spark plugs, possibly. Or could be an internal mechanical problem-possible valve train malfunction.
Start with a fuel pressure test. check vacuum hoses for leaks, check intake manifold and throttle body assembly for leaks. If you have an exhaust leak at or near the engine, can cause misfires. Air going into the engine is metered by the mass air flow sensor in the big air boot on the throttle body. If extra air gets into the engine through a vacuum leak or a loose hose, the engine computer won't know it, so the air/fuel mixture will be too lean, resulting in misfiring. Several things to check-good luck.

Where do i locate the kia rio 2004 fuel filter?

Look under the car, its just below the back drivers side door, you will see the filter there, its black if its factory and it has three hoses coming off it, basically, find ur gas tank and work ur way to the front of the car following the lines and you will find the filter. Right by the tire more or less. Cant miss it really...
