It will be located in the fuse box under the hood, it will be a very large Maxi fuse.

What would it be labeled as? I've looked all through the fuse box under the hood and didn't see anything that made sense. Would it be a square looking fuse?

    Check your owners manual.

I did. The owners manual doesn't really get into fuses much or really at all... Lol. Thank for taking the time to try to help though.

Where is the alternator fuse located on a 2002 mazda millenia

The alternator usses two fuses - a 100amp maxi fuse and a 30amp engine injector fuse. You should have battery power on both circuits at the alternator with the key on and the engine not running.

Circuit breaker

Check you fusible links and circuit breakers. Not sure how you put the alternator on but you must disconnect the battery while hooking up the alternator. If you connected it wrong or arced it against something then its possible you popped a fusible link. Use a test light and test on both sides of your fusible links. Try that and see if it helps.

Polarity was reversed when jump starting vehicle installed new battery & no power to anything mechanic said fuse got blown. What fuse, where it is located & cost of it.

Hard to say without make, year, and model-but check all fuses in the power distribution box under the hood- ignition, alternator fuse, etc.-all of them, the small ones and the maxi-fuses. All fuses are pretty cheap. If you still have nothing, you may need a wiring diagram to check for fusible links that would be power distributors right off or near the battery. Fusible links work much like a fuse, and most have been replaced by maxi-fuses, but many vehicles have both. If there is a designated main fuse, it should be in the distribution block or box under the hood.

Battery connected backwards, now not charging

I would look at the maxi fuses and fuseable links especially from the starter.

Need the number of fuze for the Altanator or Generator the diagramis missing on fuze box and have no owners man.

Hi,
There is no FUSE in the box for the Alternator. What you have is a Maxi fuse that feeds the Main electrical circuits to the vehicle, on a link from the Battery Positive terminal to the Power distribution box.

Did you pull the fuse out in the rear fuse box ? Located in the Rear Junction Block
In the center right rear of the passenger compartment, under the rear seat cushion
There are two 60amp maxi-fuse's Batt 1 & Batt 2 - Both supply battery power to the rear fuse box under the back seat .

Fuse 11 powers the stator coil, which is needed for the alternator to charge. The 175 Amp maxi fuse is where the charge current runs thru to the battery. Let me know if you have more questions.
