How do i chang worn rings?

im assuming you mean piston rings. to change your piston rings you need to remove spark plugs, empty your oil, remove your oil pan. unbolt your crank shaft and anything attached to it. at this point you should be able to pull your pistons down remove the rings and put new ones on as per the instructions provided with the new rings. use a hone or at least acid wash the cylinders before you reinstall your pistons. also make sure you reset your timing correctly. goodluck

2006 uplander-how to push the rear brake cilinder back to change the pads ?

On those brake calipers you need to turn the piston as you push the piston in. Of course, there is a tool for doing this. Using a C-clamp or a caliper piston tool, push the piston in, then with the other brake tool, turn the piston clockwise a turn or two, and then repeat with the C-clamp. Spraying the piston and seal with WD-40 will help in turning the piston to collapse it back into the caliper.

My hyundai accent piston rings need a change how

If it needs rings, it probably needs a lot of other engine work, like a cylinder hone, or if it's out of spec, a bore, which means new pistons and on. You might look into a good remanufactured engine that comes with a warrantee if your has a ton of miles on it.

Changing rear brakes on 2006 pontiac G6 how do i depress the calipers it seems the old fashioned way is not working....

Ok! here is the solution ...
After changing the pad dont try to push back the piston the old fashioned way or you will broke the caliper casting.
This new kind of break should be only twisted clockwise to bring the piston back to its position you can use only long nose pliers to rotate the piston since there is two cavity on the piston for this use.
Also after setting the piston back to it's position take care of the seal around the piston be shure before replacing the caliper over the disk that the seal will not go between the disk and the pad...
slide the pads gently to it's position and that's it.
